INTEGRATED MEDICINE IN MY VIEW.

Now a days Integrated system of medicine is very hot topic,but in the way Ayurvedic people or Allopathic people are integrating both systems is very unlawful and not healthy for both the systems and even unhealthy for the patients too.

Ayurveda is no doubt traditional but a holistic system of treating the mankind from centuries. In Morden era it has scope for innovation and research for betterment only in the sense of its standardisation but it is a traditional pathy and it should be used as per old classics ( samhitas ) of AYURVEDA. When we come to scientific approach, we start preparation of Ras, Bhasma, kwath, churna etc on our own terms. If it is there you can not expect the whole hearted results. There is a specific role of ayurvedic drugs along with special anupana & Kal, Ritu and Balabal etc. It is not simply making sugar coted pills, syrups etc to swallow all the time with water or milk. Even Ay. Injections are in the market which in no way fulfil the terms and conditions of ayurvedic philosophy. This is not a research work but simply exploitation of a holistic system of treatment which our ancient sages has narrated in their samhitas. Every body is behind the money. Bread & Butter is a problem for pure ayurvedic practitioners because our own system faced lack of RAJYASHRYA in British regime fallowed by our own Governments till now. They never took ayurveda seriously whereas in China, government provided equal footage to its traditional system and every body knows the results . Due to all this, which is natural, Ay. Physicians were unable to grow against Allopathy system of medicine. Here I would like to say that Allopathic system is not bad but the principles of treatment is very different from ayurveda. They treat the disease only whereas in Ayurveda " swasthasya swasthya rakshnam " comes first " Aaturasya vikar prashmanam " later. Ayurveda teaches us the life style by which we can remain NIROGA but unfortunately that life style is the thing of past in this Morden culture. Above all, no one can stop the cultural changes to come, so we should not integrate ayurvedic medicines along with Allopathic medicines in farmulations rather manufacture/use the Ayurvedic medicines in accordance to classical texts using modern scientific equipments and parameters for better performance and acceptability. Better to use both medicines in the favour of patients, which ever is more useful at a particular time & need. This is the actual INTEGRATION. Please don't comprises with the principles of AYURVEDA for just sake of money. Sorry if someone has different views on this issue.
